Job summary

PAL Line in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business in freight forwarding and logistics. The role offers a high basic salary plus commission, with earnings potentially up to RM9,000+ monthly, plus yearly bonus and quarterly incentives.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are required; O-Level or equivalent education welcomed; travel overseas may be required. You will arrange meetings, cold call prospects, prepare quotations, maintain CRM records and deliver excellent

• Minimum O level education.
• No prior experience required; entry-level welcome.
• Mandarin speaking required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Sales Executive (High Basic + Commission) - Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support our business development and client relationship efforts in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively in a multilingual environment. You will play a key part in generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing accurate quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics solutions.

Basic Salary RM2500 - RM4000 + Sales Commission (Earning up to RM9,000++ / Monthly)

Yearly Bonus

Responsibilities:

Arranging of appointment through cold calling.

Develop new client base, maintain existing customers and handle any lost accounts.

Meeting customers to provide our services.

Negotiation skill must be good

Follow up with clients till booking make and provide excellent after sales service.

Updating of customer particulars into company’s database

Attend to sales enquiries and provide quotations.

Clock-in/clock-out required

Requirements:

Min ‘O’ Level. No working experience are welcomed

Mandarin Speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers

Great Interpersonal, positive, highly self-motivated, Energetic, Pleasant, outgoing character and communication skills

Works well under pressures/deadlines

Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

High stress tolerance

Able to travel overseas Ad-hoc

Working Hour:
8:45am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
8:45am to 1pm (Sat) - Once a month
