As a Sales Executive at Hicomi Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and expanding the company's customer base. This full-time position is based in Sungai Siput, Perak with travel to Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities to support the company's strategic growth objectives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold‑calling
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new business
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data to support reporting and forecasting
  • Continuously seek opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell to existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long‑term relationships
