Job summary

Jubin Cantik Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to provide superb customer service, drive sales, and ensure smooth showroom operations. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products while maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.

The role offers a monthly earnings range of RM2,600–RM3,800 (basic RM2,100–RM2,600) with commission based on sales performance. Training will be provided; some travel to Kajang may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Minimum Certificate/STPM/Diploma or higher with basic English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shah Alam Content Creator with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Shah Alam branch. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the showroom.

SALARY & COMMISSION

Total Monthly Earnings: RM2,600 – RM3,800

Basic Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,600/month

The advertised monthly pay range is inclusive of basic salary and sales commission. Sales commission is performance-based, therefore actual monthly earnings may vary according to individual sales achievement and the applicable company commission scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Content Creator for Shah Alam with ad hoc tasks related to content materials when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

About you

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is added advantage.

Minimum Certificate/STPM/ Diploma or above with basic English communication skills.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Interview and training will be conducted at HQ Kajang. Candidates must be willing to travel to Kajang during the interview and training period.

Knowledge of tiles and mosaic products is an added advantage but not required.
