Job summary

Jubin Cantik Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Wangsa Melawati showroom and support customer service, sales generation, and daily operations. Openings at HQ Kajang and Shah Alam are also available; candidates may indicate preferred location when applying.

Minimum qualification is Certificate/STPM/Diploma or equivalent with good communication skills. Training will be provided, and prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of tiles and mosaic products is an added advantage but not required.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
• Able to perform any ad hoc tasks when required.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain an organised working environment.
• Process customer orders and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and overall presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate sales by promoting products and suggesting suitable alternatives.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
