Job summary

Lyreco Singapore Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive in Malaysia to drive sustainable sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding an assigned portfolio of existing accounts. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present Lyreco solutions to maximise value and long-term partnerships.

• Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related.
• 2 years sales experience in B2B environment managing SME portfolio.
• Valid driver license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory to achieve new business sales targets.
• Proactively generate sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, cold calling, and customer visits.
• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of existing customers to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and category penetration.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity updates using the company's CRM and sales tools.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations while ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.

Job description

To drive sustainable sales growth by acquiring new customers while developing and growing an assigned portfolio of existing accounts. The Sales Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering Lyreco's solutions to maximize customer value, retention, and long-term partnership.

Business Development

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory to achieve new business sales targets.
• Proactively generate sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, cold calling, and customer visits.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate Lyreco products, services, and solutions

Account Management

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of existing customers to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and category penetration.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular engagement, business reviews, and proactive account development.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer potential and wallet share.

Sales Performance

• Achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and new business targets while maintaining healthy account profitability.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity updates using the company's CRM and sales tools.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations while ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Inside Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, Solution Selling Skills, Proactive Listening skills, Sales negotiation skills, Sales Pipeline Management skills
• valid driver license is a must
• Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
• Minimum 2 years sales experience, with experience in B2B environment managing SME business portfolio
• Salary upto RM3.5k, RM650 allowance + Monthly Sales Incentives
