Job summary

LuxeVow is seeking a Sales Executive in Petaling Jaya to manage wedding enquiries, close sales, and handle client communication through delivery. Leads will be provided by QK Digital, with on-site responsibilities and occasional weekend work to support events.

You will follow up on leads, consult with clients, propose LuxeVow packages, prepare quotes, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery and post-event follow-through.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage wedding enquiries, close sales, and handle client communication until the job is fully delivered.

Marketing and advertising leads will be provided by QK Digital.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Conduct client consultations
• Recommend suitable LuxeVow services and packages
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Upsell relevant wedding services
• Act as the main client liaison from booking until final delivery
• Coordinate client requirements with the operations team
• Attend wedding/event days onsite when required
• Support the client and operations team onsite
• Follow up on post-event deliverables
• Attend wedding expos, showcases and networking events
• Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, vendors and industry partners
• Represent and introduce LuxeVow to potential clients and partners
• Help increase LuxeVow’s presence within the wedding industry
• Maintain updated lead, sales and client records
