Job summary

QK Group, a premier event and creative content production company, seeks a Photobooth & Engagement Executive to support photobooth services and interactive guest experiences at corporate events, weddings and brand activations.

Responsibilities include coordinating photobooth operations, equipment checks, onsite setup and teardown, and supervising part-time crew while ensuring SOPs are followed. Strong communication and willingness to travel for events are essential.

• Responsible and organised candidate with ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Willing to work onsite, weekends and holidays when required; able to travel for events.
• Hands-on approach with basic technical aptitude for photobooth equipment and AV gear.

QK Group is looking for a responsible and hands-on Photobooth & Engagement Executive to support photobooth services and interactive guest experiences for corporate events, weddings and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and support photobooth operations for events

Prepare and check equipment before deployment

Handle onsite setup, operation and teardown

Coordinate part-time crew and ensure SOPs are followed

Support interactive guest experiences and event engagements

Liaise with clients onsite and report any requests to the team

Troubleshoot basic photobooth, printer, camera and laptop issues

Ensure equipment and event files are properly managed after each event

About you

Responsible, organised and able to work independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with clients and event guests

Hands-on and willing to work onsite

Basic technical knowledge is an advantage

Able to work weekends, public holidays and after office hours when required

Willing to travel for events when necessary

Experience or interest in photography, events, AI tools, brand activations or interactive technology will be an advantage
