Job description

QK Group is looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially minded Executive Associate to Director to work directly alongside the Founder across business expansion, client relations and new business development.

This is an entrepreneur development role for someone who wants to learn how businesses are built, identify new opportunities and eventually take ownership of a business vertical within the Group.

The role is highly client-facing and involves networking, social engagements, business events, industry functions and relationship building.

The candidate should understand the expectations, standards and preferences of premium and luxury clientele, and be comfortable representing the Group professionally in high-level business and social environments.

This is not a conventional 9-to-5 role. Flexibility, availability and mobility are important parts of the position.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the Founder on business expansion and new ventures

Attend client meetings, networking events and business functions

Build relationships with clients, partners and industry contacts

Understand and manage premium and luxury client expectations

Support business proposals, presentations and new opportunities

Research isolated, underserved and emerging market segments

Identify market gaps and potential new business concepts

Support the development and launch of new ventures

Attend onsite projects and events when required

Take increasing ownership of projects and business opportunities

Normal Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Flexibility outside normal working hours, strong networking ability and readiness to travel are important requirements of this role.
