Job summary

IRS Software Solution (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding its IT solutions team and seeks a Sales Executive (Business Solution Specialist) to drive sales of our POS System and ALAYA Cloud-Based Software Solutions to SMEs across industries.

You will identify opportunities, present IRS software, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and coordinate with delivery teams. The role offers a competitive base salary, commissions, medical benefits, and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies, Business, Administration or related field is required.
• Preferably 1 year of sales experience in retail or IT-related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Join our expanding IT solutions team at IRS Software Solution (M) Sdn Bhd as a Sales Executive (Business Solution Specialist). In this position, you will play a key role in driving sales for our Point of Sales (POS) System and ALAYA Cloud-Based Software Solutions (Alaya), helping SMEs across diverse industries to transform business through technology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals


• Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives


• Develop sales and marketing activities to meet company and personal targets


• Present and demonstrate IRS software, clearly highlight key features, benefits and competitive advantages.


• Prepare quotations and follow up with analytical reports


• Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions


• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience


• Coordinate with internal departments for delivery of software, hardware, and services


• Collaborate with the technical team to together to deliver professional and quality after sales services and customer satisfaction


• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business


• Approach existing clients for renewal of software subscription

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field


• Preferably minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail or IT-related fields


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities


• Able to interact effectively with people at all levels


• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results


• Able to work independently and as part of a team


• Must possess own transport


• Competitive compensation package: Basic Salary (RM4,000 – RM 5,000) + Fixed Transport Allowance + Petrol Claim + Attractive Recurring Commission
