Job summary

IRS Software Solution (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding its IT solutions team and seeks a Sales Executive (Business Solution Specialist) to drive sales of our POS System and ALAYA Cloud-Based Software Solutions to SMEs across industries.

You will identify opportunities, present IRS software, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and coordinate with delivery teams. The role offers a competitive base salary, commissions, medical benefits, and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies, Business, Administration or related field is required.
Preferably 1 year of sales experience in retail or IT-related fields.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to interact effectively with people at all levels.
Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, prospect and qualify new sales opportunities.
Present and demonstrate IRS software, highlighting features and benefits.
Prepare quotations and follow up with analytical reports.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for delivery of software, hardware and services.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue renewals.
