Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 0 to 5 years of commercial sales experience; fresh engineering graduates with a keen interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in technical sales, industrial solutions, or engineering equipment is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a proactive drive to achieve sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales & Profitability for a number of accounts.
• To achieve sales targets, GM level & OI level for bulk sales of the region, with new contract signing.
• Manage activity long sales cycle to ensure strong customer experience.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
• Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure proper balance between customer satisfaction and profitability through optimized allocation and use of available resources.
• Reporting on market intelligence and opportunity with sales activity reporting via customer visit, meeting, networking.
