Bluedge Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites dynamic sales professionals to join our team. You will engage with corporate clients across merchandise and branding solutions, and you can earn a substantial monthly income through a competitive base and uncapped commission.

We provide structured onboarding, sales coaching, product training and ongoing guidance to help you build a strong B2B portfolio. If you are motivated by performance-based rewards and a fast-growing environment, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills welcome.
• Experience in corporate merchandise or related industries is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B corporate customers and business opportunities.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify customers' marketing, campaign, event and gifting requirements.
• Recommend suitable merchandise, GWP and promotional solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Achieve sales targets and continuously grow your customer portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for sales are welcome
• Experience in corporate merchandise, promotional products, GWP, printing, advertising, events or related industries is an advantage
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with relevant customers and suppliers
• Possess own transport
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
