Job summary

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and other development properties in Malaysia. You\'ll guide buyers from inquiry to final sale, manage inquiries, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

The role requires 1–2 years of property sales experience or a strong willingness to learn, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in property sales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the Malaysian property market, financing and SPA process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company\'s development properties and meet monthly/annual targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, property tours and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Handle inbound inquiries with accurate product knowledge and timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate terms, prepare sale documents, and close deals per guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, agents, and partners for repeat business.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
• Participate in launches, roadshows, and events with marketing team support.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support Sales Manager and Senior Executive with project sales administration as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the Company's development properties; identify, develop and secure new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting and client referrals to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, property tours and site visits with prospective buyers; prepare and deliver professional proposals to support the client's purchase decision
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins and digital platforms professionally and in a timely manner, providing accurate product knowledge and prompt after-sales service.
• Negotiate terms of sale, prepare all necessary sale and purchase documentation, and close deals in line with Company pricing and approval guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with buyers, real estate agents and business partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research and provide management with market feedback and competitor analysis covering pricing, product trends and customer needs.
• Participate in property launches, roadshows, exhibitions and other sales/marketing events, and collaborate with the marketing team on the execution of sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system, and ensure compliance with Company policies and local real estate regulations.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, including supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Senior Executive with project sales administration as required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in property sales, preferably in residential, high-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Good understanding of the Malaysian property market, including the home financing/loan process, Bumiputera quota requirements, and Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
