Job summary

UEM Sunrise Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Sales (UE2) to promote and sell development properties, manage the sales process from inquiry to deal closure, and meet monthly and annual targets. You will engage walk-ins, calls, emails and digital inquiries, conduct sales presentations and site visits, and document sales per policy and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in property sales, preferably in residential, high-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company's development properties; identify, develop and secure new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting and client referrals to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, property tours and site visits with prospective buyers; prepare and deliver professional proposals to support the client's purchase decision.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins and digital platforms professionally and in a timely manner, providing accurate product knowledge and prompt after-sales service.
• Negotiate terms of sale, prepare all necessary sale and purchase documentation, and close deals in line with Company pricing and approval guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with buyers, real estate agents and business partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research and provide management with market feedback and competitor analysis covering pricing, product trends and customer needs.
• Participate in property launches, roadshows, exhibitions and other sales/marketing events, and collaborate with the marketing team on the execution of sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system, and ensure compliance with Company policies and local real estate regulations.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, including supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Senior Executive with project sales administration as required.
