Job summary

Luen Heng F&B Sdn. Bhd. invites you to join its dynamic Kuala Lumpur sales team as a Sales Executive responsible for driving on-trade sales and promoting our diverse product range to horeca customers.

You will build relationships with Key Accounts, identify new customers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. A diploma and at least 2 years in FMCG are required; English fluency is essential, Mandarin is a plus.

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving on-trade sales and promoting our diverse range of products to customers. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

HORECA – area coverage Selangor & KL:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
• Establish and manage relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Negotiate business terms with key customers.
• Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
• Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
• Prepare sales forecast and Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

Skills & knowledge requirements:

• Possess a minimum diploma in any relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
• Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, motivated attitude.
• Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage)
