Job summary

Mah Sing Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd, based in Port Klang, seeks a proactive B2B sales professional to identify and secure new corporate clients for plastic chair ranges. You will manage end-to-end relationships with distributors and buyers, while maintaining meticulous CRM records.

The role requires strong English communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to present product value propositions at decision-making levels.

Qualifications

• Possess min. Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation and overseas if required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
• Possess good verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to confidently present product value propositions and negotiate at corporate decision-making levels.
• Mandarin speaking is added advantage, to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Passionate in sales, willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

B2B Channel Hunting: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business-to-business (B2B) clients,

distributors, wholesalers, and corporate buyers for our current plastic chair ranges and future plastic

trading products.

End-to-End Account Management: Own and nurture corporate client relationships seamlessly,

managing accounts comprehensively regardless of order size—ensuring identical levels of high-quality

service from small independent retailers to multi-national distributors.

Pipeline & CRM Discipline: Maintain absolute operational meticulousness through daily CRM logging,

ensuring all sales activities, pipeline updates, lead tracking, and client correspondence are fully

transparent and documented.

Market Penetration & Strategy: Analyze local and regional market demands to position our product lines

competitively, executing strategic outreach campaigns to systematically replace competitors.
