Job summary

RESEARCH AND RECOMMEND PROSPECTS FOR NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

RESEARCH AND ANALYZE SALES OPTIONS.

BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PROSPECTS.

STAY CURRENT WITH TRENDS AND COMPETITORS TO IDENTIFY IMPROVEMENTS OR RECOMMEND NEW PRODUCTS.

RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING COSTING STUDIES, HANDLING RFQS AND QUOTATIONS, MANAGING POTENTIAL/ EXISTING CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND COORDINATING WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.

RFQ REVIEW, COSTING & QUOTATION, SALES FOLLOW-UP, PRICE NEGOTIATION, CUSTOMER COMPLAINT HANDLING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

ADHOC ASSIGNMENT AS AND WHEN NECESSARY BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD.

AUTHORITIES

SHALL COMMENSURATE WITH RESPECT TO RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

DIPLOMA/ DEGREE IN ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD.

AT LEAST 5 YEARS & ABOVE

EXPERIENCE IN SALES & KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE SOFTWARE

SKILLS

STRONG SALES SENSE WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.

ABLE TO COORDINATE EFFECTIVELY WITH CUSTOMERS AND INTERNAL TEAMS.

TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING WITH COSTING, QUOTATION, RFQ HANDLING, PRICE NEGOTIATION ANDCUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT.

ABILITY TO DELIVER PRESENTATIONS, INTERPRET TECHNICAL DRAWINGS, AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THROUGH PROBLEM‑SOLVING.
