Job summary

Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s) seeks a Manager, Sales Excellence to drive governance and optimization of the Distributor Management System (DMS) across distributors in Malaysia. You will lead KPI development, data validation, and dashboards for sales, inventory, and distribution performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in Commercial Strategy or Intelligence within FMCG, strong Excel and BI tool skills, and excellent English/Malay communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years in Commercial Strategy, Revenue Management, or Commercial Intelligence in FMCG (F&B preferred).
• 3–5 years hands-on experience with distributor DMS in FMCG and daily sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and governance of Distributor Management System (DMS) and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish DMS policies, standards, and align capabilities with business objectives.
• Train and develop the sales team, managers, and supervisors across Merchandisers, Sales Support, and DMS/RTM projects.
