Job summary

The Zenith Hotel in Malaysia is seeking a capable Sales Support Coordinator to help coordinate the department's sales activities and provide secretarial and office administration support.

You will act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and management, prepare marketing materials, assist the Sales Manager with banquet/venue accuracy, and maintain filing systems and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and management to ensure smooth communication and coordination of sales activities.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
• Assist the Sales Manager to ensure accuracy of venues in the banquet and catering reservation book and to manage changes accordingly.
• Prepare Banquet Event Order (B.E.O) and distribute to all department.
• Maintain and coordinate tracer sheets to monitor sales inquiries and follow up action effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling paperwork.
• Maintain an effective filing system for proper maintenance of all sales and marketing documentation.
