Qualifications

• Must have degree or diploma in Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgical Engg.
• Experience in industrial products selling across Cement, Power, Steel, Engineering.
• Background in Maintenance & Repair welding solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Create and execute sales plans, including targets, promotional strategies, and coordinating with the sales team.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in welding products & services.
• Stay updated on welding and maintenance products and communicate their benefits to clients.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure timely payment collection from direct business and distributors.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production for drawings, jobs, stocks, and logistics.
