TS Chuan Engineering & Drilling Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian engineering company specializing in water and wastewater treatment solutions. We design, manufacture, supply, install, and commission equipment and systems, supported by our team in Kajang, Selangor.

A Sales Engineer role is available to develop business opportunities, translate client needs into technical solutions, and support tender activities across domestic and international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required or preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for technical communication and coordination.
• Strong interest in technical sales and water/wastewater treatment technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce water and wastewater treatment equipment and engineering solutions to clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment and technical solutions.
• Support sales activities from enquiry to quotation, technical discussion, and project follow-up.
• Translate technical requirements into proposals with project bids in collaboration with tender teams.

Sales Engineer – Water & Wastewater Solutions

TS Chuan Engineering & Drilling Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian engineering company specializing in water and wastewater treatment solutions.

We design, manufacture, supply, install, and commission engineering equipment and systems, supported by our experienced technical team at kajang, Selangor.

As we continue to expand into new technologies, advanced treatment systems, and high-performance equipment, we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing team.

Salary

RM3,000 – RM7,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• 1. Technical Sales & Business Development Promote and introduce water and wastewater treatment equipment and engineering solutions to clients, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Identify potential business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment and technical solutions.
• Support sales activities from initial enquiry through quotation, technical discussion, and project follow-up.
• 2. Technical Proposal & Tender Support Work with project and tender teams to translate technical requirements into suitable proposals and solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, equipment selections, and supporting documents for project bids.
• Review client specifications, tender requirements, and relevant technical information.
• Coordinate with internal engineers and technical partners to develop suitable engineering solutions.
• 3. Client & Technical Coordination Attend client presentations, technical meetings, site visits, and project discussions where required.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on technical and commercial matters.
• Provide technical clarification and product information during the sales and tender process.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Liaise with China-based manufacturers and technical principals on product specifications, pricing, quotations, and solution options.
• Coordinate technical and commercial information required for project proposals and tenders.
• Attend product and technical training provided by China-based principals.
• Support communication between clients, internal teams, and overseas technology partners.
• 5. Product & Market Development Develop strong knowledge of the Company's water and wastewater treatment equipment and technologies, including Centrifuge Decanter, Turbo Blower, aeration systems, dewatering equipment, and other treatment solutions.
• Keep updated on relevant technologies, market developments, and customer requirements.
• Support the introduction and development of new products and technologies in the Malaysian market.
• Assist in sales planning, product presentations, and other business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English for technical communication, documentation, and coordination with China-based manufacturers and technical partners.
• Strong interest in technical sales, engineering solutions, and water & wastewater treatment technologies.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, independent, and confident in dealing with clients and technical stakeholders.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and technical training where required.
• Possess good problem-solving skills and willingness to develop both technical and commercial knowledge.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales and engineering solutions are encouraged to apply.
