Qualifications

• Must have degree/diploma in electrical/related field.

• Familiarity with industrial control systems, MCC, PLC, or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission Centrifuge Decanter and Turbo Blower systems.
• Support commissioning activities at client sites and ensure proper operation before handover.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and PLC connections.
• Assist in design and development of local control panels for equipment and system applications.
• Perform troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance at client sites.
• Coordinate technical requirements with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Electrical Engineer (Commissioning & Service Division)

TS Chuan Engineering & Drilling Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian engineering company specializing in water and wastewater treatment solutions.

We design, manufacture, supply, install, and commission engineering equipment and systems, supported by our experienced technical team and production facilities in Semenyih, Selangor.

As we continue to expand into new technologies, automation, and advanced treatment systems, we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Commissioning & Service Division.

Electrical Engineer (Commissioning & Service Division)

Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of Centrifuge Decanter and Turbo Blower systems.
• Carry out equipment testing and ensure systems operate according to technical and performance requirements.
• Support commissioning activities at client sites and ensure proper system operation before handover.

Electrical & Control Systems

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and PLC connections.
• Support electrical connections, control systems, and equipment integration during installation and commissioning.
• Assist in the design and development of local control panels for equipment and system applications.

Troubleshooting & Service Support

• Perform troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance at client sites.
• Identify electrical, control, and equipment-related issues and provide practical technical solutions.
• Provide technical support to ensure equipment operates reliably and efficiently.

Technical Coordination & Training

• Liaise with China-based technical teams on technical, control, and commissioning matters.
• Attend short-term technical training in China to develop knowledge of equipment control systems and commissioning procedures.
• Coordinate technical requirements and information with internal teams, suppliers, and clients where required.

Documentation & Technical Development

• Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), testing protocols, and commissioning documentation.
• Maintain proper technical and service records for equipment commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement of commissioning, troubleshooting, and service procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English for technical communication, documentation, and coordination with China-based technical teams.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, MCC, PLC, or automation systems will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on, independent, responsible, and willing to work in a technical and site-based environment.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas, including short-term technical training in China.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in industrial equipment, automation, and commissioning are encouraged to apply.
