Job summary

Radii Global seeks an engineer with a blend of engineering knowledge, sales support, and project coordination to drive successful client projects and business development.

You will review designs, assist with proposals, coordinate sites, and help ensure QA/QC, quality, and customer satisfaction while traveling to client locations as needed. Fresh graduates welcome and internship experience is a plus, with familiarity in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Industrial) or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in engineering, project coordination, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and productivity apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, adaptable, organized with strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing engineering designs, drawings, CAD files, schematics, and project specs.
• Support monitoring of project schedules, resources, and materials for on-time, safe installations.
• Participate in site visits and coordinate with senior engineers onSolutions.
• Help ensure QA/QC compliance with industry practices and regulations.
• Assist business development in identifying prospective clients and opportunities.
• Support product demonstrations and technical presentations based on client needs.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, scopes, cost estimates, and quotations.
• Maintain communication with clients and address post-project inquiries.
