Job summary

Moseb Engineering Sdn Bhd, a Flow Expert and process control specialist serving Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Biomass, HVAC Building Services, wastewater treatment, and photovoltaic sectors, is seeking a skilled sales professional to generate leads and secure tender opportunities.

The role focuses on building relationships with General Industries, Power Plants, and Oil & Gas clients, coordinating with engineering teams, and driving revenue growth across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SPM/STPM Certificate or Diploma in Process Control, HVAC, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong industry connections and networking skills.
• Ability to handle tender submissions, including providing design and solution expertise.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales in Flow Metering, Process Instruments, and Electrical Panelling is highly advantageous.
• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for potential clients aligned with the company's products and services.
• Proactively establish and nurture strong customer relationships within General Industries, Power Plants, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Maintain and enhance client rapport through regular follow-ups and sales visits.
• Achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Stay updated on market trends and challenges to support management in developing effective market strategies.
