Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to identify and secure customers in the chemical market segment within the Oil & Gas industry.

You will respond to technical inquiries, provide product information, and plan calls to grow the sales pipeline. Travel is required; CRM updates and sales planning are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years sales experience in chemical/industrial market, Oil & Gas.
• Extensive contacts in chemical/industrial customers incl. EPCC and end users.
• Knowledge of industrial pumps (API, ASME, ISO) required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own car for travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future product sales and customer service requirements by building rapport with potential and actual customers in the chemical market segment.
• Provide product and engineering information by answering questions and inquiries.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales call schedules.
• Excel in sales planning, CRM updates, and developing new sales pipeline.

• Vast contact in Chemical / Industrial customers including engineering company, EPCC and End user.
• Knowledge of industrial pumps (API, ASME, ISO) and related products are required.
• Good communication, negotiation and inter personal skills.
• Have own car to work.
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am to 6pm)
• Nature of Business: Oil & Gas Company
• Job Description:
