Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia, Johor, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead the growth of our pressure vessels and heat exchangers segment. You will develop new customers, nurture existing relationships, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to translate technical needs into winning quotations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial sales, excellent negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of ASME/TEMA/API standards to ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks or piping fabrication.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Basic knowledge of ASME, TEMA, API, welding, NDT, and fabrication processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers business unit.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
• Identify and follow up on new project opportunities and customer enquiries.
• Receive and review RFQs, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Production teams to prepare BOQ & quotations.
• Prepare and submit commercial quotations and tenders.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate price and commercial terms with customers.
• Promote and sell pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors, columns, and other fabricated equipment.
• Understand basic requirements of ASME, TEMA, API, and relevant industry standards.
