Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and securing sales
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the accurate specification and delivery of products and services
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and use this knowledge to provide tailored solutions
• Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and assist in the implementation of sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reporting
