Job summary

You'll identify opportunities in Chemical & Petrochemical markets, maintain key accounts, and travel as needed. Degree in Engineering required; 5+ years in related sales; own car; office-based in Puchong; RM7,000 salary + RM800 car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Sales Manager – Power, Oil & Gas.
• Sell chemical dosing/transfer equipment/systems.
• Identify sales opportunities & potential customers in Chemical & Petrochemical markets.
• Maintain & create new customer base.
• Develop close customer relations to identify & manage key customers.
• Coordinate & prepare commercial and technical proposals by studying plans and related customer documents.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Collect data to develop competitor positioning and performance of their products.
• Create and deliver presentations to communicate the advantages of our products.
• Coordinate with service teams to provide customer support and ensure service quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Reports to the Sales Manager – Power, Oil & Gas
• Selling chemical dosing/transfer equipment/systems
• Identify sales opportunities & potential customers in Chemical & Petrochemical markets.
• Maintaining & creating new customer base
• Develop close customer relations to identify & manage key customers
• Coordinate & prepare commercial and technical proposal by studying plans and related customer documents, consulting with engineers and technical personnel
• Provide technical support and advice to customers
• Collect data to develop competitor’s positioning and performance of their competitive products
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to clearly communicate the advantages of our products
• Responsible for providing timely reportsCoordinate with service teams to provide customer support and service quality is maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related technical sales or engineering. Must have experience in doing sales proposal is preferred.
• Sales experience in Oil & Gas, Power & Energy industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Possess own car and willing to travel

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to RM7000.00

Monthly car allowance of RM800 per month
