Shimadzu Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive individual to manage daily tasks in the AMI Service Department, driving order bookings and turnover while providing product support to colleagues and customers.

The role includes executing sales and marketing activities for Chromatographic, Spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry, and Environmental Instruments Consumables, and ensuring timely completion of orders, invoicing, and collections.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, operate and run daily tasks of AMI Service Department to achieve order booking and turnover commitments and provide product support to colleagues and customers.
• Perform sales and marketing activities for Chromatographic Consumables, Spectroscopy Consumables, Mass Spectrometry Consumables and Environmental Instruments Consumables.
• Undertake and perform sales & marketing activities focusing on achieving assigned sales targets in assigned territories for products/services.
• Provide assistance to department manager to ensure every sales order is completed on time including payment collection.
• Assist in demo laboratory management including maintenance of lab and demo equipment and related demonstrations.
• Provide market updates, monitor competitors and identify business opportunities and other relevant market information.
• Participate in initiatives and growth strategies of the department and company.
• Coordinate with Service Team to ensure efficient service support to customers.
• Follow through on product delivery and installation processes to meet customer expectations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and meet KPI targets.
• Assist finance on invoicing and collection monitoring.

Manage, operate and run daily tasks of AMI Service Department to achieve Order Booking and Turnover commitment and provide products support to colleagues and customers.

Perform sales and marketing, activities for products marketed by the department, including but not limited to Chromatographic Consumables, Spectroscopy Cosumables, Mass Spectrometry Consumables and Environmental Instruments Consumables.

Key Responsibility

To undertake and perform sales & marketing activities focusing on achieving assigned sales target in assigned territories for products/service assigned.

Provide assistance to department manager to ensure every sales order can be completed on time including but not limited to payment collection.

To provide assistance in demo laboratory management including but not limited to laboratory and demo equipment upkeep, equipment demonstration activities.

Duties and Responsibility

To provide managment with market updates, competitor's activities and business oppostunities and other relevant market information

To participate in all initiatives and growth strategies undertaken by the department and company.

To clearly inform, update, communicate and cooperate with Service Team to ensure efficient service support to customers.

To follow through on product delivery and installation process and ensure customer's expectations are met.

To abide by all company's policies and procedures

To meet Key Performance Index (KPI) set by company.

To follow up and asisst finance department on invoicing and collectoin monitoring
