Job summary

J-Mploy Pte Ltd is seeking a technical support engineer to provide on-site and remote assistance to customers in the semiconductor industry in Malaysia. You will install, evaluate, test, and provide technical support, visit customer sites, troubleshoot downtime, and assist with new product setup and data collection.

The role requires 1–3 years in semiconductor or related fields, a Diploma/degree in engineering, willingness to travel across Malaysia, and may benefit from basic Japanese language

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, test engineering or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with cleanroom, test-floor, application support, QA or failure analysis experience will have an advantage.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing, IC packaging or related processes is an advantage.
• Willing to travel regularly to customer sites across Malaysia.
• Japanese language skills will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Travel to clients site - work from home for Admin duties
