Job summary

Titan Strategic Sdn Bhd, a water treatment consultancy and engineering company in Malaysia, invites a results-driven Sales Engineer to expand our customer base in Johor Bahru and adjacent areas. You will develop new customers, understand their needs, and present tailored product solutions.

You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and drive sales targets while coordinating with suppliers and principals on technical matters.

• Find and develop new customers in assigned areas.

• Provide basic technical support and product information to customers.
• Understand customer problems and recommend suitable solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and follow up until they are resolved.
• Conduct site visits and assist with product testing or evaluation when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and principals on technical matters.
• Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales service when required.

Titan Strategic Sdn. Bhd. (TSSB) is a privately owned company registered in Malaysian, on 25th March 2004. At the same year, Titan's regeneration plant was set up to provide better services and supports to our customer.

Titan Strategic is a water treatment engineering consultant. Our head office located at Juru, Pulau Pinang and two more workshops are located at Ipoh and Johor. We are specialized in water treatment plant design, building and trouble shooting. The business sector we covers include semiconductor, pharmaceutical, bio-diesel plant, crude oil refinery and rubber or latex process which related to manufacturing plant.

Majority of our technical staff here such as sales engineers, site engineers, designers and technician are very professional and experiences in water treatment system. We are equipped with own regeneration plant facility, in house technical teams and transportation to provide fast response and efficient work with competitive price to our client.
