Job summary

Plassein Industry Sdn Bhd in Johor seeks a Junior Executive in Marketing/Business Development to grow the plastics business. You will identify opportunities, conduct market analysis, build client relationships, and assist in proposals and costing with Engineering and Production teams.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, 2–4 years in B2B sales or manufacturing, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and Mandarin proficiency is encouraged. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin proficiency is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within plastic injection moulding and related industries.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend evaluation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business sustainability.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and costing analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Production teams.
• Participate in customer audits and ensure compliance with RBA and WCA requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
