Job summary

Max Print Advertising Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Designer in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. This hands-on role combines sales, customer services and graphic design to support our growing printing business.

You will communicate with customers, understand their printing requirements, prepare quotations and coordinate artwork and orders with the production team to ensure a smooth experience. The role requires handling enquiries via multiple channels and following up on orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling enquiries and quotations.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose printing solutions.
• Experience with artwork preparation and editing.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email and other channels.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders, payments and confirmations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing products and solutions.
• Prepare, edit and amend artwork according to customer requirements.
• Check artwork, sizes, quantities, specifications and printing details before production.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow up on order status, delivery and collection arrangements.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions when required.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, artwork and customer information.
• Follow up with existing customers and develop new sales opportunities.
• Ensure customer requirements and artwork are properly confirmed before production.
