Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Great Pyramid Sdn Bhd, on behalf of our client, a Hong Kong-based advertising and printing company, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur to develop and implement sales strategies.

You will lead a team of sales executives, achieve monthly targets, build key accounts, collaborate with marketing, and represent the company at trade shows and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the advertising or printing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets assigned to the role.
• Provide sales support and guidance to the wider sales team.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet their KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Prospect for new clients, generating leads and converting them into sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows, product launches, and customer meetings as needed.

They offer wide range of digital options, including POS display, banner & bunting, transit advertising, billboard, sticker, event and exhibitions display, fabric printing, mounting and etc.

They are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager todeveloping and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share targets.

Job Scope:
