Job summary

RODA LAND SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Support Intern to back the on-the-go sales team, handling quotes, orders, invoices, and customer inquiries while gaining hands-on experience in sales operations and logistics.

You'll build skills in customer service, order processing, and CRM/ERP usage, with potential to move into a permanent role after the 6-month programme.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin helpful for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
• Internship duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Support the Sales team with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and handling customer enquiries.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
