• Coordinate customer inquiries, product selections, and technical information requests.
• Work closely with technical, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage order processing, delivery tracking, and customer updates.
• Assist to coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, technical teams, supply chain, prompt delivery status, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient quotation, order management.
• Support training sessions, and marketing activities.
