Jump Retail Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring for our operations department to support in-store brand-building and customer engagement. We are Malaysia's leading in-store brand-building communications provider with over 25 years of experience and a large team.

Join our team to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate product features, and help achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining brand standards across display areas, POS materials, and reports.

Qualifications

• SPM certification required
• 1 year working experience in related field (Sales & Marketing experience is an added advantage)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Friendly and engaging personality

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Confidently demonstrate and explain product functions and comparisons to customers.
• Achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure all display areas, demo units, and POS materials are clean, functional, and visually attractive.
• Submit daily or weekly sales reports as required.
• Follow company and brand policies, including grooming standards and code of conduct.
