Taiace Energy is seeking a proactive Sales Support Assistant to help manage enquiries and quotations, update CRM, and coordinate across departments to ensure timely sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product information and sales documents.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, enquiries and pending decisions.
• Maintain and update customer database, leads and sales pipeline in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Management for pricing, costing and delivery information.
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, product catalogues and supporting materials.
• Track quotation status, follow-up dates and customer feedback.
• Follow up with existing customers, dormant customers and previous enquiries.
• Arrange meetings, appointments and customer visits for the sales team.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and follow-up reports.
• Ensure customer information and sales records are properly documented.
• Perform other sales administration and coordination duties as required.
