Job summary

JESS Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and walk-in visits, while maintaining accurate customer records.

You will handle inquiries, support the CS team to meet daily SOP goals, and contribute to a friendly, collaborative workplace. Diploma holders with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Admin related course.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a customer service role is a plus.

Requirements:

Diploma or Admin related course (fresh grads are welcome to apply)

Good communication and reporting skills

At least 3 year of working experience in a customer service role is a plus
