FeedMe POS Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the first human touchpoint for potential clients. You will welcome business owners, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into conversations, arranging appointments with the sales team.

This front-line role has clear targets and fast pace. You’ll respond quickly to inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, discuss needs with F&B owners, and maintain CRM records. Fresh graduates welcome and you’ll work shifts from our office.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills.
• Confident on the phone and able to speak with business owners.
• Willing to learn tech products in depth and curious about how software works.
• Target-driven, organised, able to juggle multiple conversations.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new enquiries from ads, website, and social media via WhatsApp and phone.
• Hold engaging conversations with F&B business owners to understand their needs.
• Set appointments and demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handovers.
• Follow up with leads and re-engage older leads.
• Manage social media enquiries and keep CRM records accurate.
