Job summary

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Hotel working experience and being a good team player.
• Familiar with local market and marketing trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate sales activities under supervision of Sales leadership.
• Complete Hilton University courses and pass tests.
• Maintain filing, tracing and correspondence systems for the division.
• Reply to incoming correspondence within 24 hours and file accordingly.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with Sales & Marketing and other departments.
• Prepare and send quotations or contracts to travel agents and tour operators.
• Update and maintain mailing lists and handle mail activities.
• Administer and coordinate sales activities.
• Ensure collaterals and promotional materials are on hand.
• Maintain internal communications and team relations.
• Maintain professionalism and ethics with guests and team members.
• Assist in hotel inspections for walk-ins, groups and contracted clients.
