Job summary

Sleeping Lion Suites is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Selangor. You will support the Sales team with daily activities, handle inquiries, quotations and bookings, and coordinate with corporate clients and partners.

Requirements include a diploma in relevant fields, Mandarin preferred for China-based partners, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will prepare reports and presentations and help organise meetings and site inspections.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, travel agency or related industry is an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred/required to liaise with China-based tour companies and travel agents.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Malaysian candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, bookings and follow-ups.
• Liaise with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and business partners.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and support new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and other sales-related documents.
• Assist in organising client meetings, site inspections and sales activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
