Job summary

Le Nam Megasheet (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading metal roofing manufacturer in Malaysia, seeks a Sales Support to assist the sales team with inquiries and quotations. You will liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and manage orders, deliveries, and documentation.

Role requires proficiency in MS Office, Autocount, SQL, and fluent Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Prior experience and a valid car license are preferred to support nationwide and international customers.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Self-motivated with detail-oriented and positive working attitude.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Require familiarity with MS Office, Autocount, SQL or similar systems.
• Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English are required; Mandarin fluency is preferred.
• Valid car license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales personnel with inquiries and quotations.
• Attend to telephone calls, email and fax documents.
• Liaise with prospective customers on sales, regulatory and other sales operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples or products with proper orders tracking.
• Process invoices and other shipping or delivery documents.
• Execute promotional and sampling activities.
• Support the sales team in day-to-day activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.
• Understand client requirements to deliver optimal service.

Job description

To assist sales person on sales inquiries and quotations.

Attending to telephone calls, email and faxing of documents.

Liaise with present prospective customer of inquiries relating to sales, regulatory and other sales operational matters.

Ensure timely delivery of sample or products or goods to the customers with the implementation of proper sales and orders tracking system and close monitoring of delivery schedules.

Responsible for the processing of Invoice and other shipping or delivery related documents.

To execute promotional and sampling activities.

To provide valuable support for the sales team as a whole.

To work in all ways base on company needs or any ad-hoc activity or function.

To understand client’s requirements and expectations and ensure we provide the best service and commitment according to the company requirements and expectations.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM level.

Minimum 2 year (s) of working experience in related field.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive working attitude, good interpersonal communication skills.

Require skill (s): Ms Office, familiar with Autocount, SQL or other similar systems.

Require Language (s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.

Process valid car license, own transport.

Preferably Immediate candidate.
