Job summary

TDOX CLINIC is expanding its Healthcare & Wellness Sales Team and seeks motivated sales professionals to build a long-term career in the healthcare and wellness industry. As a Sales Consultant / Sales Manager, you will follow up with company-provided leads, contact customers through multiple channels, understand their needs, and introduce relevant healthcare and wellness solutions.

You will arrange customer consultations, guide clients through the sales process, and build lasting relationships

Understand customer needs and introduce relevant healthcare and wellness solutions

Arrange customer consultations and appointments

Assist customers throughout the consultation and sales process

Follow up with customers after consultations

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Business Development teams

About you

Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven, proactive and responsible

Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve higher income

Confident in communicating with customers

Comfortable with sales targets and challenges

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Results-oriented with strong execution skills

Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical, aesthetic, longevity / anti-aging, medical tourism, health & wellness management, beauty / aesthetic services, or high-ticket sales is highly preferred
