Job summary

Luxe Wall Concept PLT in Sungai Buloh, Selangor is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive growth and meet revenue targets in a full-time role. You will engage customers, present our premium wall and interior solutions, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong communication, and is fluent in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in interior design or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate Luxe Wall Concept PLT products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
