Job summary

Carsome in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our on-site team. You will engage with walk-in and online customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire car buying journey—from appraisal and test drives to financing applications and documentation.

The role emphasizes active customer engagement, product demonstrations, and contributing to a growing used-car inventory while achieving team sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality or similar is preferred.
• Good listening skills and strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host engaging live product demonstrations and drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to expand inventory and hit sales targets.

Your Day-to-Day

• Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
