Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a proactive salesperson in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to thrive in a high-energy environment. You will engage with walk-in and online customers, leverage Carsome inventory to match needs, and guide buyers from appraisal to test drives and financing.

Responsibilities include completing documentation, hosting live product demonstrations, driving showroom traffic, and sourcing quality used vehicles to hit team targets.

Your Day-to-Day

• Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
