Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a dynamic sales and customer service professional to join our high-energy team. You will attend to walk-in and online inquiries, help customers find a vehicle and guide them from appraisal to test drive and financing.

Carsome is Southeast Asia's largest integrated car e-commerce platform with operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. Training will be provided to ensure success in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers through sale process from appraisal to test drive and financing.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host live product demonstrations and drive showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to meet team sales target.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
