Job summary

Watertec is seeking an online sales coordinator in Malaysia to assist in managing and optimizing platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok and other channels.

You will update product listings with compelling descriptions, visuals, prices and promotions that align with brand guidelines, and coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries. You will also handle after-sales service, address complaints and ensure payments due are collected.

Responsibilities

• Assist managing and optimizing online sales platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok and others)
• Ensure a pleasant and engaging shopping experience for online customers
• Update product listings with descriptions, visuals, prices and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and address cross-functional challenges
• Ensure prompt and correct deliveries to customers
• Provide after-sales service to existing customers
• Handle all complaints and ensure they are resolved and feedback provided to the customers concerned
• Ensure collection of payment due from existing customers

• 1) Responsible for assist managing and optimizing online sales platforms
• 2) Ensuring a pleasant and engaging shopping experience for online purchase customers (e.g Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok and others)
• 3) Product listing update: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions, visuals, prices and promotional content that aligns with b rand guidelines.
• 4) Coordinate with store department such as logistics and customer service to ensure order fulfillment process and address any cross-functional challenges such as product packaging, product picking and info labelling.
• Ensure deliveries to customers are prompt and correct
• provide after-sales service to all existing customers
• Handle all complaints and to ensure that complaints are effectively resolved and feedback to the customers concerned
• Ensure collection of payment due to existing customers
