Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a sales coordinator to manage existing clients primarily, handle inquiries, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

You will forecast monthly, process POs, issue vouchers, monitor payments, and support markets in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, collaborating across functions to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

Will be responsible for existing clients mainly and inquiry from time to time.
To obtain forecast from clients in monthly basis.
Proceed the PO from clients and issue vouchers to production.
Liaise internally with shipping department for delivery to clients
Monitor the payment collection from clients.
For sales market, will be required to handle market of Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia.
